कसरी प्रयोग गर्ने
1) एक कप तातो पानी तयार गर्नुहोस्। ८ – १२ दाना लिई तातो पानीमा राख्नुहोस्।
2) यसलाई चम्मचले केही समय चलाउनुहोस्।
3) सामग्री सँगै मिलेर पारदर्शी जस्तै देखिएपछि बाहिर निकाल्नुहोस्।
4) नक्कली दाँतलाई आकार दिनुहोस् र चिसो र कडा हुनुअघि हराएको दाँतको ठाउँमा राख्नुहोस्।
5) यदि तपाईंलाई आकार समायोजन गर्न आवश्यक छ भने, यसलाई फेरि तातो पानीमा राख्न सक्नुहुन्छ र नरम भएपछि पुन: आकार दिन सक्नुहुन्छ।
6)आकार मिलाएर राखिसकेपछि तपाईंले चिसो पानीले १५/२० मिनेटसम्म कुल्ला गर्नुहोस्। बिस्तारै यो कडा हुँदै दाँत जस्तै सेतो हुँदै जानेछ।
7) यो तपाईंले सुत्ने बेलामा प्रयोग गर्नुहोस्। यो प्रयोग गरेपछि करिब ६/७ घण्टासम्म कडा खानेकुरा नखाई यसलाई सेट हुन दिनुहोस्।
